Pack Your Maxx first started off from a home kitchen back in July of 2018. Wanting to make this Meal Prep Service much different from all other Meal Prep Services in the city and country so we invented the healthier Versions of meals that are already held King in New Mexico. Keeping the flavors from New Mexico cuisine dishes and flavors from Our Mexican Culture making a well savory, tasty and YET extremely Macro Friendly. After about 7 months of having a commissary and store front, we came to a realization that Pack your Maxx had to expand in order to get more foot traffic and visibility. So, PYM was put on hold while some thoughts were gathered. During that time, PYM reverted to the old school model to cooking out of a home kitchen and home deliveries to maintain our loyal customers. December of 2022 the New Pack Your Maxx location was opened and ready for business. Opening our New Location has most certainly become a Staple in the Meal Prep Service World in Albuquerque, NM.
