Our journey began with a simple yet ambitious vision: to reinvent meal prep by blending the rich, savory flavors of New Mexico and our Mexican culture into macro-friendly meals. We wanted every bite to feel like home, while giving you the fuel you need to thrive. From green chile to traditional spices, we’ve turned local favorites into healthy, delicious options that celebrate our roots while supporting your goals.

At the heart of Pack Your Maxx is our incredible team, whose dedication and hard work make it all possible. They are the heartbeat of everything we do, ensuring every meal is crafted with care and delivered with a smile. We’re also deeply grateful to our customers, whose belief in our vision drives us to push boundaries every day.

Our partnership with the University of New Mexico’s Lobo Nation allows us to ensure student-athletes are fueled with meals that help them perform at their best—a partnership that fills us with immense pride.
